Actually picked up this same unit from DBROTH instead of DBTech…but the exact same unit. At the time, there were no customer reviews (dont know if this has changed) so my rating in one word: JUNK. The program you have to download isnt compatible with the newer operating systems (it doesnt work); the instructions are horrendously inadequate; my first remote didnt work; and consequently you have only so long to return it. After trying to deal with DBROTH, I gave up (as I am sure their goal is).
